KVKK Information Notice

This notice has been prepared by our company, acting as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), in order to inform you about how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the legal grounds for processing and your rights.

To respond to your requests, demo and quotation applications,
To inform you about our services,
To fulfil our legal obligations,
To improve the quality of our service

3. Transfer of Personal Data

In line with the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, our service providers, legally authorised public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically through our website and by e-mail, or physically through contracts and forms.

This information is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

"Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract",
"Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation",
"Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject"

or on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is processed
To request information if your personal data has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
To request rectification if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
To request that the rectification, erasure or destruction of your personal data be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
